pbad43载体简介

pBAD43载体复制子是pBR322 ori,f1 ori,质粒大小是6179bp,带有Ampicillin (氨苄青霉素)抗性,可转化进大肠杆菌DH5α,通过在含有Ampicillin (氨苄青霉素)抗性的平板上培养筛选大量复制扩增,培养条件是LB37℃。

 

pBAD43载体的启动子是araC,能在大肠杆菌DE3工程菌(建议用BL21 DE3Rosetta DE3)中,用IPTG诱导表达出重组蛋白,可选用镍柱纯化。
