pKD13载体是RED系统敲除载体载体,复制子是R6K Y ori,质粒大小是3434bp,带有Ampicillin (氨苄青霉素), Kanamycin(卡那霉素), Chloramphenicol(氯霉素)抗性,可转化进大肠杆菌DH5α,通过抗生素抗性筛选大量复制扩增,培养条件是LB30℃。
