pQE-80L载体基本信息

pQE-80L 载体复制子是ori,质粒大小是 4751bp,带有 AmpicillinAmp)抗性,可转化进大肠杆菌 DH5α,通过抗生素抗性筛选大量复制扩增,培养条件是 LB37℃。

 

pQE-80L 载体的启动子是 T5,并带有有 lac 操纵子,能在大肠杆菌DE3工程菌(建议用 BL21 DE3 Rosetta DE3)中,用 IPTG 诱导表达出重组蛋白,标签有 6xHisNterm lacIq,可选用镍柱纯化。

 

pQE-80L 载体的多克隆位点有 BamHISphISacISalIPstI 等酶切位点,可采用双酶切连接方法连接目的基因,如果没有合适的酶切位点,可采用无缝克隆或者联系我们重新改造该载体。
