pET-11a-d 载体具有NT7标签和 BamH I 多克隆克隆位点。这些载体是很多pET家族载体的前身。pET-21a-d(+)系列载体分别对应于 pET-11a-d 载体,但是包含有几个额外的特征序列。独特的酶切位点在载体图谱中被标注出来。需要注意的是,这些载体序列是依据载体pBR322的方向来进行编号的,所以T7标签表达区域在载体图谱上是反向的。

The pET-11a-d vectors carry an N-terminal T7•Tag® sequence and BamH I cloning site. Thesevectors are the precursors to many pET family vectors; the pET-21a-d(+) series corresponds topET-11a-d but incorporates several additional features. Unique sites are shown on the circle map.Note that the sequence is numbered by the pBR322 convention, so the T7 expression region isreversed on the circular map.
