pProEXHTa载体简介

pProEX HT系列原核表达系统是用来在大肠杆菌中表达外源蛋白的载体。使用该载体表达的目的蛋白含有6His纯化标签。目的基因可以克隆到载体的多克隆位点处,可以选择的载体有pProEX HTa, b, c.蛋白表达后,His纯化标签就位于目的蛋白的N端,同时His纯化标签的使用可以用于蛋白纯化。载体上同时含有rTEV蛋白酶识别位点,可以使用rTEV蛋白酶进行酶切,从而去除融合的His标签。
